Our Conflict Resolution Courses
Level 2 Award in
This course is aimed those working in a customer or service user facing role who may need to recognise the contributing factors, signs and causes of conflict and how to deescalate conflict situations without physical intervention.
This course is ideal for anyone working in a face-to-face basis with the public. This can be in a retail, leisure or hospitality setting or within the emergency services and other health care settings. Learners will understand how to minimise the risk of conflict occurring or where is has happened, techniques to reduce an individual’s aggressive response.
This course is delivered over 11 hours either via face-to-face or blended learning.
Assessment is carried out with a multiple question paper.
Level 2 Award in Preventing Violence in the Workplace
This course is aimed at those working with customers and service users, where there is a slight risk of having to deal with potentially violent and aggressive individuals.
The course develops an understanding of preventing workplace violence supporting learners to keep
themselves and others safe in the workplace.
The course is delivered face-to-face or via blended learning.
Assessment is carried out with a multiple choice questions paper.
